I founded e-Lux Sourcing with the goal to give businesses valuable products that will help to make them grow into a prosperous business.
When I started sourcing for my own brand, I realized how confusing sourcing was. I didn't have the time to source, build, market and develop my own brand all at once. But overtime I realized how helpful an efficient sourcing agency could be for other owners in giving them back their time by simply taking this one thing off their plate.

Randen Mains Kovacevic is the founder of e-Lux Sourcing. Prior to e-Lux Sourcing, Randen taught online mastermind communities how to independently source their own products and helped individual clients find reliable manufacturers. Randen is the product manager for two emerging Chinese brands entering the North-American and Australasian markets.
Randen graduated in Melbourne, Australia with distinction marks in e-commerce management in 2004. After working at the National Australian Bank as a Asset Realization senior manager, she moved back to the United States with her husband to continue raising her three children.
Randen has been to China and other global manufacturing hubs multiple times to foster long-term relationships with independent factories. She attends the Canton fair regularly and has conducted personal tours for private clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends, doing volunteer work for her local ice rink's club, and travel.
