These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of eluxsourcing.com (the “Site”), operated by e-Lux Sourcing (“e-Lux”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Content on this Site is for general information about our services and the sourcing process. It is not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and it does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement (for example, a Service Agreement). If there is any conflict between this Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

You may view the Site and make reasonable copies for your own internal use. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes, or use our branding, without our written permission.

If you submit information through our quiz, forms, or email, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. Do not submit highly confidential information unless you are comfortable with us using it to review fit and deliver services if you become a client.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools (for example, scheduling). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

For your use of the Site itself (not our client work), and as far as the law allows:

If we are found responsible for anything related to your use of the Site, our total liability will be limited to USD $100 (or any higher minimum amount required by law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, United States and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Washington, United States, unless a different forum is required by law.
