Steven brings fresh energy and perspective to e-Lux. As Randen’s son, he’s grown up around the world of sourcing and is now stepping into business. He has been on multiple sourcing trips and has hands-on experience with clients. He supports our work through client communications, on-site factory visits, hands-on project assistance, and strategic business planning.

Steven also plays a key role in assisting with our guided sourcing tours.
